Flashings

dOWN PIPES
In square and round profiles, where a lock seam method is used to form. All downpipes can be manufactured from a 0.4mm to a 0.8mm thick material. Lengths are variable where round pipes up to 2-meter and square pipes up to 3-meter sections. These include offsets, shoes and elbows etc.
rainwater heads
Rainwater heads are manufactured to client’s specifications. Contemporary rainwater head designs are tailored for all building types. Our classic off the shelf options are simplistically modern, functional designs that merge seamlessly into any exterior. Contact us us for more information.

Stiffening Beams
Our support beams are made to customer specification in various profiles & materials up to 3 meter lengths. Profiles range from top hat sections to C beam designs.

steel closures
Serrated steel closures are made to match roof cladding profiles, used to seal between flashing and roofsheet to prevent splash/dust/vermin/birds etc. entering building. These include for following profiles:

gutters
Steel gutters are manufactured to client’s specification, for industrial and domestic applications, with material ranging from 0.4 to 2.5mm thick and lengths of up to 3 meter (material dependent). ABOUT THE MATERIALS WE USE
- Chromadek: mild steel substrate with galvanized and painted coating. Inhibits rust for a longer period, pre-painted from mill and aesthetically pleasing with a wide range of colors available.
- Galvanized: mild steel substrate with Galvanized coating. Cost effective, diverse and available in various range of gauges.
- Aluzinc: mild steel base with aluminum mixed into the zinc coating. Good rust inhibiting properties, also available in thicker gauges.
- Aluminum: rust free, used where high rust contamination is possible, longer durability to the elements.
- Mild steel: processed steel in its base format, cost effective. Used mainly where thicker gauges are required which are going to be painted or powder coated.
